Reading Group

A combined reading group for ACA and CAPACAR members is being held on the third Thursday of each month at Bobbi Cook's rooms at the Cook shops.

The group aims to provide the opportunity to explore recent research, new ideas and current thinking on any topic connected with counselling and psychotherapy that we might want to pursue.

The meetings are being facilitated by Jennifer Hume, Membership Co-ordinator on the CAPACAR committee. A reading is circulated to participants before each meeting which will then be the focus of the discussion that session.


The next reading group will be held on 19 August.   New members are welcome.


Invitation to join the next ACA/CAPACAR Reading Group

The meeting will be on Thursday 19 August from 7:00 to 9:00pm in Bobbi Cook's rooms at the Cook Shops.

The topic for discussion is "Attachment - theory in practice".
